About The Role

We are looking to recruit a Supply & Demand Planning Specialist.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the scheduling Filling/ formulation process and execution of Belgian sites.
• You analyze and manage the balance between production demand and available capacities and take all required actions to minimize the gaps
• You issue an agreed production plan on 18 months for filling in SAP to satisfy the demand taking into account production constrains and product variation
• You ensure a strong relationship and information channels between the production site and the global GVSC Team
• You communicate production planning via SAP to the global & Site
• You monitor stocks levels for Final container
• You ensure that all the necessary planning are available on time (Production/QA/QC)
• You provide the accurate plan to scheduling
  

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Master Degree in Supply Chain (Business / Economics) or equivalent with good knowledge of Supply Chain Management, process (Material Resources Planning / production activities).
• At least 3-5 years experiences with exposure to Supply Chain Processes within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP, including APO & R/3.
• Experience in Deviation.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Demonstrate capability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Effective communication skills, including presentation skills
• Sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability
  

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:

• APICS certified or equivalent knowledge of Planning / Supply Chain Management processes.
• People management skills with demonstrated engaging, empowering and decisive leadership style and well-developed relation building skills to gain trust and credibility and to build a great place to work and good social climate within the MPU logistic team
• Proven record of providing excellent customer service
• Enterprise thinking (end-to-end supply orientation, cross functional team spirit, sharing of good practices within the network)
• Proven Planning & Organizational skills
• Ability to lead and drive change
