The opportunity:Our Supply Management Traineeship (SMT) is all about brewing, packaging and delivery. We focus on making the world’s best beers better through improving processes in our breweries, our logistics and supply chain. It’s how we stay ahead of the competition but more than ever, it’s where we can reduce our environmental impact and innovate. That’s where you can make a meaningful difference.

What does it include?Over 6 months, you’ll experience life at the heart of a brewery, working with our operators to make the great beers we’re famous for. You’ll be addressing real challenges, creating innovative solutions and helping to grow our business. Through inspiring projects at multiple locations and departments you’ll get a broad view on our supply and a unique experience in our operations business. Take the initiative and you’ll soon be leading a team of your own.

You’ll also be able to build your leadership, project and general management skills. You’ll learn the technical and practical challenges of our business, but also have opportunities to create bold solutions to them. This is a path that could take you all around Europe, or even the world.

You Will Have Undertaken Some Form Of a Leadership Position In The Past And You Will Need To Have Graduated Before August 2022 With a Bachelor, Masters (or Equivalent) Degree In Any Of The Following Disciplines

To be eligible for the SMT, you will need to be fluent in English.
  • Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production or Electrical)
  • Science (Bio-chemistry, Micro-biology or Brewing/Food science)
  • Other relevant degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business etc.)
