Acting as the first line support for all Business employees of your domain/department in a global context, continuously informing and training them, teaching the different applications to new employees in the department and detecting and formulating the needs and requirements of the employees, in order to help them achieve the organizational objectives.

Core Functions

Fulfill a functional help desk role for the Business employees for your specific department of TVH Parts Holding, in order to answer all questions and problems quickly and efficiently.

Inform and train users about the different department-related systems, in order to keep their knowledge of existing or new functionalities up-to-date and to guarantee a uniform approach in a global context.

Intensively train new users for TVH Parts Global in order to quickly enable them to carry out their new function in full.

Evaluate less complex system optimizations (Change requests) of a user of TVH Parts

Detect and formulate improvement possibilities for the working methods and the Business department procedures, in order to achieve more efficient and better results.

Update and maintain the knowledge, insights and technical skills with regard to the relevant IT systems and the business processes, in order to maximize the own professional knowledge and to apply this optimally within the organization.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor Degree OR Minimum of two years work experience performing a substantially similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business ERP and other systems including data inputs, business processes, and interactions with other systems
  • Proven track record in project management, planning, implementing, and communicating technical information
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and changes quickly and effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in exercising discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate technical information to individuals with non-technical backgrounds/experience
  • Able to collaborate in an effective, positive manner with employees at all levels across the organization
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with proficient organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience working in an Agile/Scrum SDLC environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%+ internationally
