We are looking for an MES Support Engineer to join our Internet of Things team.

This opportunity is to work in customer projects and providing expert technical support, including diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents, for Manufacturing Executions systems supporting our customer requirements, and ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.

  • Work in projects within Cognizant accounts and provide inputs for alignment within the customer organization
  • Drive opportunities in the region and support the sales team with building a healthy pipeline
Will you strengthen our team?

For the MES Support Engineer we are looking for someone who can add value with the following skills and experience:
  • Deep understanding of MES products like: Siemens Siematic IT eBR/Siemens OP Center, XFP, Werum PAS-X, Rockwell Pharmasuite, Emerson Syncade, etc
  • Understanding of SAP PP PI is good to have
  • Process Control (Wonderware, Siemens, Rockwell Automation) knowledge is good
  • Knowledge of standards like ISA 95, ISA 88
  • Validation, Quality and Testing Management experience is good to have
  • Business Process Analyst and Technical Design is also good to have
