We are looking for a driven professional with a passion to connect and build sustainable relationships with our clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and evolving the Application runtime platform to facilitate the need of our internal customers. You will be part of a squad that is working on diverse technologies ranging from application delivery over containers and app runtimes to monitoring solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Participate and assist in projects together with the customer in an Agile environment.
  • Take part in the squad’s Scrum ceremonies
  • Keep track of and introduce new technologies within our App Runtime domain
  • Build out the container platform
  • Document and transfer the necessary knowledge to E2E and operations
  • Assist developers with on boarding their applications on our platform
  • Always think and reason from a customer’s perspective
  • Solve L3 incidents and problems

Your Profile
  • Experience: You have worked in a similar role and have a good and broad understanding of application runtimes.
  • Experience in deploying and maintaining application platforms both on VM’s and on containers.
  • Knowledge of Linux, K8s and tools (eg. Ansible, git).
  • Feel at ease with scripting (eg. Bash, Python).
  • Willing to invest time and effort to learn new technologies.

Knowing your way around technologies like RedHat Openshift, Apache Nifi, the operator framework and Elastic are a definite plus.
  • Team player: You are open to ideas and share yours with colleagues in a respectful way. You can work in group, but also individually.
  • Clear Communication: You are an excellent communicator and with strong affinity for transparency.
  • Service minded: You always think and act with the customer in mind.
  • Passion: Passionate about technology and have a strong foundation and interest in IT.
  • Helpful: Committed to the squad, open to help others.
