Your role

Manage various systems installed at the customer. If a problem occurs, analyze it and develop the best solution, in close collaboration with the team.
Perform classic maintenance tasks and proactively monitor the systems, roll out upgrades, and perform lifecycle management.
Master various new technologies and implement new installations at customers together with our Project Engineers and Project Managers.

Maintenance

You perform corrective maintenance on various mission-critical systems.
You perform updates and upgrades on existing systems.
You perform preventive visits in the framework of maintenance contracts.
After each intervention, you update the documentation of the customer site (software release, installed base).

Your profile

You know your way around Networking (CISCO CCNA), virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), and Windows server environments or Linux systems hold no secrets for you.
You’re fluent in Dutch and/or French and your English skills are excellent.
You’re an outstanding communicator, both written and spoken.
You’re an open-minded team player, with a strong customer focus and a flexible, can-do mentality.
You’re not afraid to take the initiative and are accustomed to working independently.
Experience in control room environments is a plus. Think video surveillance, automation, telecommunication, access control, or voice recording.
