Talencia Consulting is currently looking for a 2nd line application support collaborator for a renowned client in Bruges.

As IT Support, you will be the internal point of contact for the various applications (with the main app being Navision).You will be responsible for answering questions from colleagues in the shops and at head office. You investigate issues, propose solutions and explain best practices and the functioning of the applications. You will also document processes and provide internal training from time to time.Of course, you are not alone in this. You can count on solid internal training and can always rely on your colleagues from the IT team.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an application support

Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or equivalent by experience

Knowledge of ERP systems

Experience using ticketing systems

Dutch and English
