Job Purpose

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support across Belgium.

We would love to welcome you to our Ronse and/or Antwerp Office, working hours of Monday-Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday from 8:30am - 4pm.

Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…

  • Using our Applicant Tracking System to organise recruitment activities including posting job adverts and screening candidates.
  • Building rapport with candidates and shortlist suitable candidates to hiring managers.
  • Actively source candidates for our vacancies via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media and other methods.
  • Effectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process, to build a positive employer brand.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.
  • Support with recruitment projects.
What do we expect of you?

  • Previous experience within recruitment (agency or inhouse) would be preferable.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch and French, Englisch is a plus
  • Organised and a good ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with your peers for certain projects or tasks.
  • You will be working from the Ronse office and visit our Antwerp office up to 2 days a week
