YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of the portfolio of vacancies for Europe

  • Owns the entire acquisition process for European portfolio of vacancies (from A to Z including requisition, postings, sourcing, screening, offer negotiations, and the closure of a contract) in close interaction with hiring teams (HRBP and Hiring managers)
  • Draft, modify, and publish requisitions, job descriptions as needed and support/provide guidance to Managers on the job description
  • Manages directly specific vacancies (from requisition to the final selection of candidates with the Hiring managers)
  • Follow-up of acquisition activities through operational reports (time to fill, acceptance ratio, referral source, candidate days, and quality of hire) and metrics
  • Guarantees the consistency of the process and tasks to be delivered

Sourcing of candidates

  • Identifies and sources appropriate talent for open roles within the organization by developing recruitment programs & participating in employment events, such as career fairs, exchange platforms….
  • Uses social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Creates and develops the right network with universities, student organizations to guarantee a continuous flow of talent pipeline

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience

  • Bachelor/Master degree in human resources, management, communication, business, or a similar field
  • Relevant experience (min 3 years) in talent acquisition (inhouse) and or search firms
  • Hands-on experience managing all aspects of full life cycle recruitment
  • English and French mandatory, any other language is a real plus

Needed knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of acquisition methods and practices
  • Experienced with ATS or Recruitment tools and appetite for system based recruitment and HRM

Needed skills

  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management skills, and able to coordinate many activities.
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions
  • Mature and smart communicator, enable to build relationships and credibility inside and outside of our organization;
  • Result-driven, resourceful and continuously looking for ways to improve
  • Appetite for getting things done
