Founded in 2016, Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up with its headquarters in Ghent. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies to smoothly manage the flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites and all trailer movements on-site. Building on an already strong revenue basis, our sales and overall company growth is rapidly accelerating. We have recently grown to about 40 people and we are planning to grow to over 50 people by the end of 2023. We are proud to have won the Audience Prize at the Supply Chain Awards 2022 and have been awarded “Trends Digital Pioneer” in the category Manufacturing & Logistics.


In our fast-growing environment, your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist will be key. You’ll be the driving force behind all our recruitment activities, including (but not limited to) the following domains:

  • Be responsible for the hiring processby using innovative tools to reach the best candidates.
  • Be a trusted partner for the hiring managers and a daily point of contact for our employees to make working for Peripass a great experience.
  • You work on international recruitment campaigns and amazing employer branding initiatives.
  • Establish a positive candidate experience throughout the full recruitment process.
  • Gather feedback on the recruitment process.
  • As your experience growswithin your role, you’ll get the opportunity to participate in other HR domains and projects as well.
  • You’ll work from our headquarters in Ghent.
  • You’ll be part of an enthusiastic team of 3 peopleand report to our Head of People.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a SaaS/Tech company or in another fast-paced environment.
  • As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you are responsible for recruitment and selection. You have a first expertise in innovative methodology & tools to recruit & select the best candidates. And you get a kick out of exploring new tools to further optimize this process.
  • You like to work in a project and process-orientedway to achieve your objectives.
  • You can join us at the Peripass HQ in Gent for at least 3 days a week, because especially in your position and in our growth phase, that’s where the magic happens.
  • You love being considered as a builder, who thrives under autonomy and loves making things happen! You are passionate about people management and you want to be part of a fast-growing startup.
  • You have a strong working proficiency in English and Dutch(spoken and written). Do you have a firm grasp of French? Even better!
  • You see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security and you act accordingly. Within Peripass we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients’ logistics processes.
