We are actively looking for a bilingual (Dutch/French) Talent Business Partnerto join a start-up the consultancy sector based in Flemish Brabant, near Zaventem.This young management consulting company offers to its partners adapted solutions to help them to develop their business. Depending on the situation and the different needs of their partners, the company guarantees a personalized and qualitative approach.As a fast-growing company, they are now looking for a Talent Business Partner to reinforce the HR team and take charge of the recruitment and selection of freelance consultants and new employees. You will play a key role in the organization thanks to your expertise, and you actively participate in its growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Focus on freelancers: on a daily basis, you are in charge of the development of the business related to freelancers
  • You recruit, select and attract the best freelance profiles according to the company’s needs and guarantee an excellent candidate experience
  • Manage and be responsible for the proper administrative management of their files (database updates, invoices, contracts, …)
  • Develop your activity as well as the attractiveness of the company, you set up from A-to-Z various HR projects and events related to talent acquisition
  • In addition to the recruitment and selection of freelance profiles, you follow the Talent Acquisition process for internal profiles
  • With a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management (or other relevant field), you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment function
  • With excellent communication skills, you are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • A first experience with freelance profiles and engineers as well as an affinity with the management sector are considerable assets
  • Thanks to your entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to develop projects and think “out of the box”
  • Particularly efficient and autonomous, you are a “hands on” person, and you are not afraid to invest yourself on the long term in the good development of the company
