Description:

  • You are responsible for your clients from A to Z: from cold acquisition/recruitment to negotiating termsof cooperation and finding out the need
  • Prospecting and Negotiating are part of the job
  • Thanks to your skills, you’ll conclude contract between the client and the candidate
  • You are also responsible for the other side of your business: sourcing candidates. We have different ways of finding candidates and you use them to attract the best talent on the market
  • After this, the aim is to connect these two pools, find the best match and thus realise placements
