WHO YOU ARE
You are enthused by working with people and valuable contacts with our customers. You always ensure that the dishes we serve are of high quality in accordance with IKEA recipes and standards. Your commercial insight enables you to achieve good commercial results together with your team.
You are experienced and you draw energy from directing and developing a team.
Knowledge of HACCP regulations is a plus.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
You start the day by managing your department. You ensure you have an optimal complement of co-workers and all products are present and presented in an optimal way.
Together with your team, you ensure that our customers are able to enjoy an unforgettable meal/snack day after day. You do so by deploying the strengths and enthusiasm of your team to the max, with a central place for delegating responsibility.
In partnership with the support services, you make sure that the IKEA identity is guaranteed for our customers and visitors.
