As the Knowledge Flow Team Manager at Telenet, you will oversee the seamless transfer of knowledge from the company to customer-facing channels. You will lead a team of learning specialists and content creators, ensuring the efficient dissemination of information across Telenet and BASE operations. Reporting directly to the Operational Readiness and Improvement Lead within the Steering Tribe in the Operations Circle, your team will be pivotal in maintaining the flow of critical knowledge.

Your Responsibilities as Team Manager

    • Tactical Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategies to deliver knowledge to internal users through various channels, such as classroom and online training, briefing articles, and CRM contextual help.
    • Analyze current and future knowledge needs to propose actionable plans.
    • Prioritization and Project Management:
    • Identify and assign team priorities and projects.
    • Manage daily operations to meet objectives and KPIs, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
    • Providing Resources and Framework:
    • Equip team experts with the necessary resources and frameworks for optimal performance and professional excellence.
  • Staff Development:
    • Lead and develop your team through feedback, coaching, and promoting continuous self-improvement.
    • Foster a self-managing team environment that encourages mutual support and feedback.
    • Efficient Use of Resources:
    • Optimize resource and tool utilization for effective knowledge transfer.
    • Plan, test, and certify employees in customer channels, managing relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
    • Budget Management:
    • Prepare, manage, and adjust budgets to achieve team goals.
