Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support our Team Coaches and form the link with the management.
Your Responsibilities
  • Managing your team (team coaches + warehouse employees). You coach them in the day-to-day management of the warehouse activities and in this way ensure that they achieve the set objective in terms of productivity, safety and quality;
  • You consult with management and various internal support services;
  • You set an example for everyone in the organization;
  • You fully participate in developing and perpetuating a positive culture of continuous improvement within the company.

Your Skills And Experiences
  • You obtained a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience;
  • Because of your managerial experience you know how to form and motivate a team to go together towards a goal;
  • You are willing to work in a shift system (6-day week);
  • You can handle a warehouse management system and you have sufficient basic knowledge of MS office applications.
  • You are open to work in shifts (early / late / night).
