Technical Account Manager

Location: Temse / Home Office based in Belgium (preferred) Job ID:22429


Task of the Position:

SALES
  • Acquisition of new customers, including the presentation of new products to customers for the assigned sales area in the Benelux region
  • Support in sales and turnover planning
  • Follow up and daily management for existing customers

TECHNOLOGY
  • Supporting customers with
    • Trials and Implementation of new products
    • Introduction of new color series and colorimetrics systems
    • Conversion of color series
    • Commissioning of new printing machines and ink dispensing systems
    • Correction of printing problems
    • Maintenance of the recipe database
    • OPS management
  • Customer support for new job approvals
  • Standardization and harmonization of the customer’s product range
  • Implementation of training measures at customers

Requirements/Qualification:
  • Technical experienced person who wants to evolve to sales is more than welcome
  • Technical knowledge in water base corrugated flexo printing, printing machines, inks formulation and utilization
  • Comfortable with commercial and business basics, interviewing, negotiation
  • Dutch and English fluent, French is a plus
  • Driving license
  • Willingness to Travel
