Technical Documentation Support Engineer

For one of our Software R&D teams in Kortrijk, we are looking for a Technical Documentation Support Engineerwho assists our project managers and product owners with the set up & maintenance of the technical documentation for our different healthcare projects (Nexxis and QAWeb).


Key responsibilities


  • You set up of the required technical documents at the required project phase in the document management system (Ennov);
  • You perform initial review of the completeness of the content of the documents after the contributors have finalized their inputs;
  • You verify the general progress of completeness of the technical documentation;
  • You export the requirement, specification and test reports from the requirements management tool (PTC Integrity) and upload them into the document management system;
  • You assist with the creation of test objectives and test sessions in the requirements management tool.


Your profile


  • You have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word;
  • You like to work with software tools;
  • You have good organizational skills;
  • You have a strongly developed attention for detail;
  • You are diplomatic and a strong team player;
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Having a technical background is a plus point, but not a necessary prerequisite;
  • Having a working knowledge of HTML and Javascript is also a plus, but not a necessary prerequisite.
