An international company active in Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing based in Gent is currently looking for Technical Service Manager who will be working within HVAC department.

In this new position as Technical Service Manager, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager Benelux.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage HVAC service teams to ensure quality onsite. (the teams are dispatched in EU)
  • Develop strategies for technical support and service.
  • Understand the sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Organize training and ongoing support in the responsible area.
  • Optimize the after-service network of the company with dealers and external service partners.

About you:

  • You have a university degree in technical subjects or equivalent.
  • You have minimum 8 years of experience in the similar field.
  • You have an experience in managing a team.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
