Your Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone passionate about technology and service and the overall powersports world. Someone who shares our obsession to deliver and secure an outstanding service experiences that move people on snow, water, road and off-road.

Are you driven and relentless when it comes to problem solving? Do you demonstrate true understanding and consistently strive to make a difference in the service experience? Do you get excited about BRP’s latest products and accessory lineup and are you constantly looking for opportunities to perfect your knowledge and skill set?

If yes, then this is what you could do as service representative:
  • Be the After Sales front-line support link for dealers and distributors within the assigned region (EMEA), as part of a motivated multicultural regional customer service team
  • Support all technical and product related issues and inquiries for our powersport products whilst always keeping the consumer mind
  • Provide on-going technical and warranty support to internal BRP departments and Global Support Hubs
  • Deliver theoretical and practical training to dealership technicians
  • Periodic local and regional travel (possibly international travel)


Your Qualifications And Skills
  • Technician degree or equivalent qualification
  • Powersport experience is an asset
  • Computer skilled with Web applications, Microsoft Office applications but also SAP and dealer management systems
  • English and German are required, any other European language would be considered a strong plus
  • Passion for serving our customers and our dealers
  • Excellent communicator that can adapt easily to different circumstances, individuals and situations
  • Demonstrates ingenuity for providing solutions with the ability to make decisions requiring creativity and initiative
  • Irreproachable work ethic
  • Good teamplayer


This position is based in Ghent, Belgium, however other regional BRP customer service hubs may be alternative office locations (Germany, Sweden)
