Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering customer support on navigation solutions for the inland shipping industry. The role also involves on-site service calls for integrating and calibrating newly deployed solutions.
