Traxxeo is a SaaS scale-up working on becoming a European leader in the digital transformation of the constrution industry. Traxxeo develops a selection of digital tools (e.g. digital timesheets, on-site personel security app, geolocation software) leveraging the internet of things & artificial intelligence to help its customers focus on their core business.

Tasks

  • Understand the client needs & issues, advise them and build a trustful relationship.
  • Document client requirements through thorough analysis of existing business processes.
  • Manage stakeholders along the implementations, drive the projects, manage expectations, manage roll-out planning, ensure full satisfaction of the customer and obtain testimonials & recommendations.
  • Create and manage client accounts on the TRAXXEO web- and mobile applications.
  • Ensure client education through onsite training sessions, support videos & FAQ to automate customer support for recurring questions.
  • Follow-up on client adoption rate.
  • Identify upsell opportunities & work closely with sales team for follow up.
  • Manage the Customer Success Manager & 2 technicians and help them prioritize their tasks.
Requirements

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager, who has an interest in digitalizing the world of construction:

  • You have a degree in Technical studies (Civil Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) OR Business or any equivalence in experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Project Management in the world of software and software implementation.
  • You have a customer focus, problem-solving oriented and agile mindset, build strong customer relationships, and provide customer-centric solutions.
  • You speak English, French and Dutch fluently.
  • You are a self-driven and motivated person, who can manage his/her time and projects independently.
  • You have a strong knowledge of those tools/technologies: Trello, Jira, Hubspot, SQL, MS Office
