What You Will Do:

As a C# Technical Team Lead, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting your team to achieve great things. You will:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of C# developers, ensuring their professional growth and the quality of their work.
  • Lead the design and architecture of software solutions and guide the team in best practices.
  • Participate in planning and ensure a timely delivery of commitments
  • Address and resolve technical issues and challenges during development.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture and processes.
  • Contribute to resource allocation decisions from the C# team perspective.
  • Participate in building up and development of your team and foster a positive team dynamic.
Technical Skills You Bring:

  • Proficiency in C#: Extensive experience with C# programming language and the .NET framework.
  • Cloud Environment: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Software Architecture and Design: Ability to design secure, scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Database Management: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and knowledge of ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework).
  • Web Development: Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and related web technologies.
  • API Development: Experience with RESTful API design and implementation; gRPC is a plus.
  • CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools (e.g., GitHub actions).
  • Debugging and Performance Tuning: Strong skills in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of secure coding principles and best practices (e.g., vulnerability management, dependabot, OWASP top 10)
  • DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps principles and efficient collaboration between development and operations teams.
  • Agile Techniques: Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Delivery, and Pairing.

Your Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of people management experience as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role (e.g., SW manager, chapter lead, project lead).

Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms and proven ability to work with remote teams.

Working proficiency in English.
