What can you expect?

The job of Technical Writer at Legend Biotech is very challenging and includes, among others:

• Continuous improvement of GMP documents : You actively contribute to the optimization of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documents. You ensure they are streamlined , easy to use and intuitive to prevent operational errors and to ensure quick turnaround times.
• Update r egulatory and q uality s tandards: You stay on top of industry standards, and you ensure that all our GMP documents are cutting edge and incorporate all the latest regulatory and quality requirements. Y ou also ensure the timely completion of periodic reviews to maintain compliance and efficacy.
• Oversee SOPs : You oversee the introduction and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with our manufacturing strategy.
• Master batch records management: You ensure m aster batch records are created and updated in a timely manner, in line with manufacturing requirements. You support the development and roll out of electronic batch records in software, called MES. You track relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaboration: You work closely with other teams such as Operations, Manufacturing Excellence, Quality Assurance, … to ensure alignment of changes.
• Training: You prescribe the appropriate training in response to document changes.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Education : You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience: We offer extensive, in-house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.
• Languages : You are fluent in Dutch and/or English .
• Strengths: You are result-driven, eager to learn and open to change . You have an eye for detail, and you excel at logical thinking.
• Expertise: You communicate clearly and openly, and you are a true team player. You are proficient in MS Office Applications .
