As Junior IT tehcnician you will be part of our dynamic FlexTeam (~30 people)

Your main responsibilities will consist of:

  • To resolve service requests, incidents and problems > level 1 & 2
  • Providing support and technical expertise to the client ;
  • Upgrade OS/software
  • Perform computer rollout ;
  • To ensure the monitoring, and intervenes in order to ensure and/or restore service continuity;
  • To optimize and to automate the administration and operating processes;
  • To writeand to update the necessary operating documentation, plans and/or diagrams and procedures;
  • To follow up the actions decided by the on-call team actions;
  • Contribute to the ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Availability, Capacity, Change and Configuration Management ;

Requirements

You are positive, dynamics and motivated to work on various projects. You are team-player.

  • Bachelor or master in computing, or equivalent experience ICT ;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar infrastructure position ;
  • Working knowledge of French and English, Dutch is a plus ;
  • Any certification constitutes a real plus : ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft
  • Flexibility (workplace depends of the project), good analytical and communication skills, solution-focused, thoroughness, an organized mind, and determination.D
  • Driving License ;
