Description


For our client, a communication agency located in het heart of our capital, we are looking for an experienced office manager to fulfill a temporary part-time project. Your tasks will be the following:

Administration:

  • client contracts,
  • GDPR management
  • file management,
  • timesheets management

Office management:

  • Deal with suppliers,
  • manage insurances,
  • building maintenance,
  • utilities,
  • catering,
  • travel and entertainment.

IT:

  • Liaison with the IT provider (Netflow);

They create and implement innovative and effective communications campaigns for corporate and public sector clients using custom-built teams of experienced and creative strategic thinkers.



Profile

Who we are looking for:

  • You have extensive experience in office management and office support tasks.
  • You are fluent in English, French, Dutch
  • You are easygoing, personable, quickly integrated, and willing to perform a part-time temporary project.
