Keyrus Life Science is looking for a Third Party Manager Coodrinator in Packaging & Labelling. This person is responsible to assist the Third Party Manager (TPM) in her/his mission which consists in managing external partners used by our client for Clinical Supply Chain activities.

In this mission, the focus is the outsourcing of Packaging activities, including distribution to TP (third party), reception of material at TP, labelling and packaging for Clinical Studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master activities related to Packaging & Labelling (Batch Record preparation, labels creation and approbation, etc.)
  • Be the point of contact for the relationship between our client and TP
  • Ensure, in the informatic system (SAP), the traceability of material and production managed by the TP
  • Participate in all meetings that are part of the TP governance, both internally (Business Partners & Global functions) and with the external suppliers, to ensure a good operational progress
  • In collaboration with the planning team: review demand versus supply, identify potential risks, keep planning informed on operational planning and potential blocking point
  • Be responsible for reporting (Key Performance Index, monthly)
  • Interact with the quality team to ensure compliance of the external operations in accordance to cGMP rules
  • Proactive view on critical risks and ownership of mitigation defined

Profile

Minimum/Preferred Level of Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background (not mandatory)
  • Area of Specialization: Science/Healthcare, cGMP and Supply Chain)

Level of Job-Related Experience required:
  • Junior profiles are welcome
  • Ideally with anexperience in cGMP

  • Have good communications and organization skills
  • Be problem-solving oriented
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural teams, positive team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • High level of flexibility and sense of urgency
  • Operate with a high degree of integrity
  • Languages: English proficiency required (verbal and written), French is an asset but not required
