As Trade Marketer for BLX, you will be in charge of developing and executing B2B marketing activities for Independent Eye Care Practitioners (iECPs) and Buying groups for BNLX.

You will increase brand preference through trade marketing activations and promotional campaigns. You will maximise product and categories sell in store. You will execute our loyalty and customer programs to achieve sales targets in BLX. You will be the main marketing customer interface.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Position our brands as the best partner for Iecp and Buying groups in the BLX. You will position our Experts in the BLX and make it best in class in the region vs. competition.
  • Execute quarterly trade marketing plan, ensuring customers’ needs are addressed and including market specificities.
  • Track ROI for our promotions and activation campaigns (second pairs, blockbuster activation in store…).
  • Adapt in Dutch and/or French (with the help of a translation agency) Marketing materials on products and brands and will distribute it to your local Ecps.
  • Coordinate communication of price, product and pack changes collaboration with product management North.
  • Plan and carry out presence at trade fairs for Benelux.
  • Animate B2B community through dedicated roadshows and efficient communication at all channels and platforms; newsletters, b2b website, trade press etc..
  • Collaborate with the (customer) sales team and with customers from all channels, to gain an understanding of the market dynamics and to identify market needs and future solutions.
  • Collaborate with the North Centers of Expertise to share your market inputs and will have to proof read all the tools from the Product & Digital North teams.

With a Bachelor in Business/Marketing, you have a first experience in Trade Marketing, ideally in an International Environnement. You speak English, Dutch and French.
You have excellent communications and presentation skills and are a digital Savvy.
