The function of Trade Marketing Manager is part of the Customer Strategy & Implementation (CSI) department under the lead of the Head of CSI. This function will report directly into the Head of CSI and the work location is Nazareth, Belgium (including the flexibility to work from home).Principal ResponsibilitiesYou develop winning selling concepts, activation plans and toolbox materials for the dedicated brands and this in all relevant sales channels (a broad mix of different types of clients: pharmacists, retailers and e-commerce). You refine the channel strategies into winning concepts at customer level and/or store level. In close collaboration with marketing and sales, you build activity plans allowing the sales organization to maximize sell out through effective distribution, instore visibility and recommendation by the customer. It is your ambition and goal to score above market average on these key performance indicators.As Trade Marketing Manager, you own the following sales fundamentals:- Product portfolio by channel and/or customer: define core range per brand, facings, …

- Master degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing or trade marketing role, ideally in the OTC pharma or FMCG industry
- You have a hands-on, entrepreunerial spirit and a can-do attitude
- You are a teamplayer, who enjoys working in close collaboration with your marketing and sales colleagues and cross functional with all Perrigo departments
- You love to be involved in different brands, categories and customers, an interesting and challenging mix
- You like to crunch numbers, to follow up on your brands and categories and take fact-based decisions
- You’re passionate to create interesting sales stories based on category data to support our key account managers and sales representatives
- Experience with the development of trade marketing tools for online and offline customers is a plus
- You have a digital mindset and you’re willing to experiment in a fast-paced environment
- This role requires a strong level of leadership regarding the business and the organization
- Creating a sense of urgency and accountability in delivering objectives to reach the full potential for your brands
- You’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Languages: fluent in Dutch, French and English.
