Within the IT department of Colruyt Group, we rely on your young talent to help build the business architecture in projects. As a trainee, you can count on an interesting learning path, in which you will gain insight into the operation of Colruyt Group and be trained to become a Junior Business Architect.

As a Trainee Business Architect, you will not only learn the necessary skills and methods, but also be trained to be the bridge between the business customer and the IT department. You will have to understand and challenge the needs of the business customer as well as transmit the business needs to your IT colleagues.

Your trajectory as a Trainee Business Architect:

• The traineeship will start on 1 February 2023 and, during the first year, will take place together with the trainee analysts. During your first month, you will be completely submerged into our company culture and operation. You will follow a targeted traineeship to get acquainted with our supply chain and gain insight into your role within our IT department.
• During your second month, you will be introduced to our processes and systems and you will attend training courses in project methodology and analysis techniques.
• Yourthird month will be dedicated to an in-depth traineeship in which you will work on a concrete analysis assignment.
• During the fourth month, you will work together with experienced analysts in a concrete project so that you can put the theory into practice.
• The next months of your traineeship, you will get to know the different domains of our group from the analytical perspective. That way, you will master the different aspects of the job step-by-step, from stakeholder management to analysis!
• After a year, you will cooperate with an experienced business architect in different projects for the duration of a year and a half. That is how you will really learn the tricks of the trade.
• After that, you will be ready to start working as a Junior Business Architect and to help give direction to our business architecture.

You will work in Halle and up to 2 days a week, you can work from home or at one of our regional offices (Mechelen, Haasrode, Zwijnaarde, etc.).

Profiel:

• Knowledge and experience - You have a master’s degree or are close to graduating.
• Conceptual - You always keep the bigger picture in mind and are quick to make connections.
• Communication skills - You can listen to others and ensure that the message, however complex it may be, is conveyed in a clear manner. Moreover, you have excellent social skills, allowing you to quickly build a network.
• Languages -You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. This allows you to smoothly work together internationally with all your colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
