Position

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team as a Training Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of training programs for our beauty advisors across the region. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the training department, gaining hands-on experience in program coordination and communication strategy. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the luxury beauty industry and develop your professional skills.

Job responsibilities

  • Implementation and Coordination of Training Programs
  • Proposals for Communication Actions to Promote Training Internally and Externally
  • Managing the communication to the different stakeholders
  • Managing the different Training Projects
  • Report on the different Training Programs
  • Organization & preparation before Training Events & sessions
  • Monitoring Order Management and managing gifting stock

Project Management Of The Different Training Programs

  • Managing all communication of the different training programs( invitations, posters, emails, posts on the learning app)
  • Monitoring the entire back office of the different accounts
  • Booking of hotels, restaurants, flowers etc.
  • Updating of the development path
  • Create & translate the learning modules in FR and NL
  • Manage the mailbox
  • Creating Google Forms for registrations + participations
  • Sending all gifts

Learning App

  • Responsible for the application and its overall image
  • Managing the entire back office
  • Acting as a Community Manager (frequent posts on the app + creating new content) => Two languages are now offered for each publication (NL + FR)
  • Support on posting modules for each group of learners

Profile

  • Final year in marketing or communication or professional immersion.
  • Perfect command of the Office Suite.
  • Languages: bilingual French - Dutch and knowledge of English.
  • You are organized, rigorous, involved, persevering, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated.
  • You have a sense of contact both internally (team spirit) and externally (sense of customer service).
  • You have a certain product awareness (Fragrances and Cosmetics).
