Orac is a customer-centric company, and to reach the full potential of our digital channels we will continue to refine our UX/UI processes based on data and user feedback. Leveraging your expertise, you will drive revenue growth, optimize user experience, and enhance customer satisfaction across digital touchpoints. This role requires an experienced and highly qualified specialist who can collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve our online presence to meet evolving market demands.

Ready to become part of it?

• You will conduct user research and experiments, analyze the input, translate it towards insights and connect the dots into sharp conclusions and recommendations.
• You communicate test results, findings and next steps to the organization by analyzing and interpreting data in an understandable manner.
• You incorporate key learnings into improvements to our UX/UI process.
• You create UX wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups
• You use website analytics, database research and statistics platforms to improve UX/UI and conversion performance.
• You continually expand your proficiency in digital marketing disciplines, such as ecommerce, UI/UX, A/B testing, and more.

This is how we describe you… ????

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with proven track record.
• Analyzing and getting to the core of the problems should energize you.
• You can apply common UX/UI best practices with a strong understanding of them.
• Solid experience with research and testing tools such as Hotjar. This will be a primary method for gathering user feedback
• You are proficient in using Figma, Adobe XD, to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• While building a dashboard in Google Analytics is a great-to-have, expertise analyzing journeys in the platform is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively integrate with key stakeholders across the company and various business units.
• You know how to balance innovation and practicality.
• You have a sense of aesthetics.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
