????️ Your Role: Validation Engineer

As the Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining validation plans to ensure that products meet quality and performance requirements.

???? Key Responsibilities

  • Develop validation and testing plans.
  • Verify that testing and verification results meet validation plan targets.
  • Contribute to NPI design reviews.
  • Provide technical status reports on validation and compliance plans.
  • Define and coordinate product validation activities.
  • Approve the results of test, verification, and validation activities.

???? Your Team

You will collaborate with a diverse, agile, and multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and product specialists. Reporting to the Product Platform Directors, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive product excellence and innovation.

???? Your Profile

???? Experience, Knowledge, And Hard Skills

  • Engineer/Master degree in civil or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant environment, or companies developing products.
  • Expertise in validation and system integration.
  • Fluent in English, French is an asset.

Personality And Behavioral Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach.
  • Ability to work behind the scenes and not settle for superficial answers.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to question assumptions.
