Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining the entire vendor network administration to support the vendor operational team in delivering a timely data acquisition for Clarivate IPG products.

Provides day-to-day support to assure all DA related work is done.

Closely collaborates with Content Operations team, TCT team and Process team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follows-up on the daily administration in relation to DA contracts, renewal periods and timely delivery of data.
  • Verifies quality of vendor network and report to team lead.
  • Will be in close contact with vendor network on all operational issues
  • Handles the DA invoices for IPG
  • Will support, occasionally, administration related to our Associate Network when and where needed

Scope and Impact:

Core task consists of handling all daily administration related to the DA Vendor Network.

Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies:

Technology:The ability to use a range of current technologies (i.e. Microsoft Office, SharePoint, NetSuite etc.) to work effectively and to achieve enhanced business outcomes. Awareness/ experience with/of production processes, workflow management tools, FTP, data management.

Product:The ability to understand the business context in which the company operates; this includes a basic understanding of the company’s offerings and a deep understanding of the DA Network and its added value for Clarivate IPG products.

Communication:The ability to communicate effectively and tactfully face to face, in video conferences, in telephone conversations and in writing. Effectively communicates with colleagues and external parties. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Time Management: Strong knowledge and application of the tools and techniques of time management to establish priorities and manage workload; ability to achieve intended outcomes within allocated timeframes and resources; ability to effectively multitask.
