Your role
  • You identify, clarify, document and communicate business requirements according to client’s business needs;
  • You analyze the system impact and risk of developing new;
  • You produce workshops, train users and facilitate communication between the business and the IT teams during the project delivery phase;
  • You coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to translate their needs into business requirements;
  • Customer ticketing project: manage different requirements, create processes in collaboration with the different stakeholders, manage potential developments of tools.
Your profile
  • You hold a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering or in IT fields;
  • You have from 6 months to 3 years’ experience (including internships);
  • You’re European Citizen;
  • You have a good level of English and French is mandatory;
  • You would like to grow in skills and are willing to work in the telecommunication sector;
  • You are results & client-oriented and you have a high level of commitment;
  • Social skills: eager to learn, open minded, a good team spirit, result driven, ability to work autonomously and flexible;
  • You have excellent communication skills.
