Description of the function

Warehouse Specialist

You hold a multi-skilled position and will work cross - departments

Your Mission :

  • You will be in charge of package reception and expedition from A to Z
  • You are responsible of the organization and coordination of our inhouse warehouse/stock
  • You will be the contact person for our national and international transporters
  • You will be in charge of the suppliers management
  • You provide support to the quality department with all tasks related to handling and testing in the warehouse.
  • You are in charge of the infrastructure and a solid maintenance of the building and all related area’s (Parking, Kitching, Gym...)
  • You communicate with external companies in the context of facility management & problem-solving : e.g. maintenance and emergency
  • You will provide support for sales meetings and internal events
  • You will assist the facility manager on ad hoc request

Profile description

Let’s talk about you :

  • You have a technical background or equivalent by a similar experience
  • You have 5 years’ experience in stock management
  • You are fluent in French and a good level of English
  • You are flexible and like to perform various tasks, being helpful is your second nature.
  • You are highly organized and structured
  • An experience with Navision is a plus.
  • You are able to work autonomous
  • You are open minded and a smiley person
