Function

For TML Ghent we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced WMS Implementation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing our new Boltrics 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS) across our company. The WMS Implementation Specialist will work closely with the IT department and warehouse operations team to ensure a seamless integration of the new system.

A selection of your tasks include:

• Lead the implementation of a new WMS system across all warehouse locations
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the new system is fully integrated with our existing technology infrastructure
• Develop and execute a project plan for the implementation, including timelines and resource requirements
• Provide training and support to end-users on the new system
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the system is functioning properly
• Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process
• Manage project risks and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure all system documentation is complete and up-to-date

What we expect from you:…

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing and managing WMS systems
• Strong knowledge of WMS software and systems integration
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English. Strong working knowledge of French is a plus
• Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to various warehouse locations, as needed
