  • You are responsible for managing about 10 CNC operators
  • You draw up the personnel planning based on the activities and priorities
  • You make appropriate work preparations together with the Project Manager
  • You work closely with Engineering for specific customised work
  • You check the quality of the products and make any necessary corrections
  • You also think proactively about process improvements and work with colleagues to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
  • You have experience in managing a team
  • You have very good practical knowledge of metal constructions, mechanics, welding techniques and steel types
  • Drawings and plans hold no secrets for you
