The group is growing and aims to become a world leader in the regulated online gaming markets through the de Gaming1 is looking for an Employer Branding & Internal Event Manager! You will be required to ensure GAMING1’s brand image as an employer with the goal of attracting the best talents and retaining our employees’ loyalty by strengthening their sense of belonging to the company. You will report to our HR Director and work in close collaboration with them to help our People & Lifestyle and Talent Acquisition departments reach their objectives. YOUR ROLE At GAMING1, you will be responsible for three main areas: Our employer branding Our Lifestyle policy, which aims to support a healthy work-life balance for our employees Our internal communication policy For each of these areas, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, in collaboration with our HR Director, within the set budget and concretely putting this strategy in place with the help of your HR Assistant, who you will be directly responsible for. RESPONSIBILITIES Employer Branding Know the roles at GAMING1 and having a good vision of the open positions for the coming months; Provide content and information on social media allowing GAMING1 to be top of mind for candidates; Identify the most relevant themes and communication channels; Produce, distribute and organize communication content for these channels; Meet with the necessary partners to correctly organize events or partnerships; Organize events to attract potential candidates (Meet up, hackathon, etc.); Manage your budget and analyze the ROI of different actions. Lifestyle Organize and coordinate events and initiatives to maintain our employees’ commitment and embody our values every day (teambuilding, afterworks, end-of-year party and initiatives that follow the calendar: Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.): Think of and find partners for goodies and one-off gifts for our employees (Welcome pack); Participate in offering a unique, positive and inclusive experience to our employees by continually optimizing our Lifestyle policy; Contribute to improving the work environment every day by ensuring our employees can benefit from actions aiming to optimize their well-being (fruit baskets, breakfasts, company sports teams, etc.); Internal communication Use and optimize our existing communication tools (newsletter, teams, monthly breakfast, digital terminals, etc.); Ensure initiatives and organizational projects are successfully communicated to employees and interested parties; Plan, edit and write media content for internal communications (newsletters, welcome brochure, etc.); Participate in presentations during internal events.
YOUR PROFILE You have a hybrid communication/marketing profile (at least 7 years’ experience) AND HR; You already know Gaming1 and have wanted to work with us for a long time; You fully identify with our company culture and our values: Integrity, Performance, Team spirit, Pleasure and Boldness; You also have experience in event organization; You have prior experience in employer branding and follow the market’s HR trends; You are data-driven and ROI-oriented (good command of Google analytics, Google data studio, etc.); You are solution-oriented and creative, and you bring coherence and consistency in the approaches undertaken; You are empathetic and you know how to put yourself in the shoes of those you want to help; You are bilingual in French and English; You have excellent presentation and easily form relationships; You are flexible, dynamic and agile.
