We are currently seeking forsuccessful Chief Accountant, who knows how to obtain the best of his team to join a multinational company located in Brussels South.

One of our renowned clients, a manufacturing and retail company presents worldwide is currently looking for their next dynamic & proactive Accounting Manager to supervise the daily accounting tasks, manage a team and lead a SSC abroad the country. This position is offering great opportunities of development and career perspectives in a dynamic environment with strong values and a successful story willing to keep growing over the years.

Function
  • People management of the accounting department.
  • Reporting: Helps ensure timely, complete and accurate financial reporting
  • Maintain and follow-up all the accounting and operational daily tasks.
  • Responsible for the monthly closings and VAT declaration.
  • Contact person of external partners and various financial aspects.
Profile
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and French. The knowledge of Dutch is an Asset.
  • Know how to work with local GAAP’s (BENELUX)
  • A previous experience with SAP is a plus.
