Position Description
Onze Production Logistics afdeling ondersteunt de Volvo Group betreffende het internationaal en lokaal transport. Daarnaast supporteert de afdeling ook de verpakkingen van de inkomende materialen en uitgaande materialen voor transport en voor opslag van doorvoermaterialen voor de verschillende fabrieken.

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en divers operationeel team van 28 collega’s waar service, kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan. Samenwerking binnen het team en met de collega teams van andere landen en met externe partners is essentieel om onze doelen te bereiken. Klantentevredenheid staat bij ons heel hoog in het vaandel, net zoals het continu streven naar verbeteringen.
Jouw ideale job?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van alle transport- en goedereninformatie van de inkomende goederen. Ook controleer je de douanedocumenten en geef je deze correct in.
- Je bereidt de dossiers voor van de goederen die nog niet binnen zijn, en geeft alles correct in in het systeem.
- Wanneer de chauffeur toekomt, wordt je gecontacteerd door security, doe je de inklaring en kan de chauffeur de nodige materialen oppikken.
- Je staat in voor het updaten van de respectievelijke systemen in het proces.
- Je escaleert de afwijkingen volgens de vooropgestelde procedures.
- Je controleert en keurt extra kosten goed op basis van bestaande afspraken en processen.
- Daarnaast neem je ook andere administratieve taken op jou, zoals bestellen van bureaumateriaal ea.

- Je kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je bent accuraat in het uitvoeren van administratieve taken. Nauwkeurigheid is hierbij cruciaal.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
- Dit is een dagfunctie, flexibel uurrooster starten tussen 7u00-9u00
