About Sol.One

We are a group of tech enthusiasts working on the Sol.One platform, a combination of soft- and hardware for the next-gen avionics.

We develop software automation for safety- critical applications in aviation. Our secure software serves the upcoming generation
of flying objects such as drones for delivery, transport of humans (like Volocopters, Archer, Joby Aviation) and more.

So our soft- and hardware goes into physical flying objects. Pretty awesome, right?

As our team is expanding, we are currently looking for upcoming or recent PhD graduates, passionate about revolutionizing the aviation industry.

Your profile:

  • PhD in math or physics
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Experience in mathematical modelling
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working
  • Process-oriented
  • Outcome-oriented
  • Eager to become part of a fast-paced team

Your job description:

Join an international team of experienced math and physics PhDs.

Your tasks will involve the implementation of physical models of the aircraft as part of the control system development.

Your tasks will go far beyond theoretical modelling and your output will actually control, that is to say fly, the aircraft!
