Within the Fraud Monitoring domain our client is responsible for the development and maintenance of monitoring applications for their internal customers (Payments, ...) . They play an important role in the realization of the roadmap of Business Unit Belgium by, among other things, delivering essential components in the context of Cyber Security.
Since mid 2020 they are organized according to the SAFe methodology.

They are specifically looking for an application manager/functional analyst for their IRMAAS train. As an application manager/analyst, you will make an analysis of the requested requirements and contribute to a solution that can realize them. You document and discuss all this with the business and then transfer it to the technical staff of the team. All this in accordance with Agile principles in order to guarantee a qualitative delivery.

The sub-domains within their team include Transactional monitoring within Payments, Application monitoring, Employee Behaviour and Date Leakage Prevention.

Within their fraud monitoring domain our client is looking for an application manager/functional analyst who should be able to take on the following tasks:

• Fulfills a bridging function between internal customer/development team
• Is the first contact for IT on a functional level
• Participates in consultations between business and IT
• Keeps a finger on the pulse of the monitoring team and internal customers to discover and initiate possible improvements to our systems
• Collects, bundles and prioritises the change requests
• Ensures interaction with the responsible fraud expert and product owner for own application(s).
• Together with the fraud expert and product owner, searches for opportunities to improve the product and thereby realise a higher yield (or lower cost).
• Makes an essential contribution to the functional analysis phase of new IT developments from a business perspective.
• Sets up the test schedules and is responsible for the correct execution of the tests in accordance with the test schedule drawn up in advance.
• Follows up the functioning of his systems and processing of his products on a daily basis.
• Gives support (2nd line, documentation, training) for his applications.

• Preferably you have experience with application management and/or functional analysis
• You are a team player
• You are curious and eager to learn to know the domain.
• You have an analytical mind that enables you to gain insight into an application as part of a business process.
• You are interested in automation, without being an ICT specialist.
• You have empathy for the needs and wishes of customers and colleagues.
• You have sufficient self-management to adjust yourself on the basis of advice and feedback from colleagues.
• You have strong organisational skills and are result oriented.
• You feel at home in an environment that is constantly changing.
• You communicate your vision to others in a clear and structured way and you are a good listener.
