Our clients are major multinational enterprises and local companies from automotive, semiconductors, RF, consumer electronics….Our Test automation group offers a one stop shop for design of automated test benches, system integration production, lab automation and data acquisition systems, with a growing focus in IoT sensor networks.
Our consultancy department offers services in RF, semiconductors and electronics design and test, as well as on the crossing roads of Natotechnology, Bio-Sience Engeneering and Biotechnology .
Job Description
As a project engineer for integrated circuit (ASIC) test solutions you act as the technical support interface between our international customers, our assembly and test partners. You take up responsibility for the full project management including planning, definition of test solution, characterization and qualification of our customer’s integrated circuits.
The assignment
- Setting up the ASIC test solution with the test house.
- Discussing the ASIC prototype-to-production volume ramp plan with the customer including characterization & qualification.
- Organizing volume production after the volume ramp phase. You propose cost improvement plans such as yield improvement plans, multi-site test solutions and different packaging options together with the customer and test house.
- Yield analysis of the volume production.
- Flexible to travel 1 to 2 times per month.
Candidate Description
- Experience in a similar role, between 2 to 5 years.
- Good in soft/communication skills.
- Good knowledge of common analog Ips.
- Good knowledge of statistical Physics.
