Trusted.SPA has an immediate need for an Assistant - Resource Management to provide contracting services to NATO.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual in-year Business Execution Plan (BEP) and follow-up and the Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR);
  • Assist in the preparation of the workforce planning and execution;
  • Assist in analysing budgetary data and identifies significant trends and deviations for short and long term planning purposes;
  • Support in Performing in-year reviews of DCSU financial execution;
  • Support monitoring DCU’s Financial dashboards covering all sources and types of funds;
  • Support in Managing and reporting against DCSU’s portfolio of services, projects and other work;
  • Support with execution of DCSU recruitment activities.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline;
  • Experience in financial management within a customer-funding environment;
  • Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget submissions;
  • Experience in budget execution and resource management;
  • Experience in preparing, conducting and reporting using statistical sampling methods;
  • Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems, project management processes, procedures and tools.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets;
  • Experience using ServiceNow, MS Project, MS Office Suite;
  • Working experience in data analytics, MS Excel pivot tables, graphical representation of business data.
  • National of one of the 31 NATO countries.
  • In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance.
