Looking for a high-level Customer Service Job ? You like having contacts with Companies’ Managers in various countries ? You speak French, English and Dutch? We have the job you need :

Your role :

Offer premium service towards the customers and develop / maintain an excellent relationship with them. The objective is to make customers see our client as their preferred supplier.

  • Full back office support for the sales team : close tandem cooperation with dedicated sales reps.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with our key “principals”.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with other internal departments and colleagues.

  • Key internal focal point for a dedicated customer portfolio (market oriented), in very close tandem cooperation with the responsible sales representative(s).
  • Work in an environment of global harmonized processes, understanding the key topics and interdependencies with other departments and team work to guarantee optimal service to the customers.
  • Respond prompt to all customers inquiries (samples – documentation requests - product inquiries – prices – etc).
  • Preparation and follow-up price requests in collaboration with the sales staff.
  • Administrative handling and follow-up of claims in close cooperation with the sales staff and quality manager.
  • Develop a good relationship with the distributors.
  • Establish credit/ debit notes regarding exchanged pallets, waiting times, late deliveries etc.
  • Credit management: monitor the payments and contact customer if needed (in close cooperation with sales force and accounting).
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the customer portfolio (update customer data in the systems, classification of all sales documents, price increases, etc).

Profiel
  • Education level: minimum high school / preferably additional degree (sales/ marketing / accounting/ ….)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Very good communication skills in French, Dutch and English: verbal and written
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Computer skills: good knowledge of MS office + knowledge of SAP R/3
  • Able to work independently as well as in team, problem solving, flexible, organized, attention to detail and accuracy, stress resistant, enthusiastic personality.
