Your responsibilities
As the B2B inside sales you will mainly focus on creating business opportunities via Salesforce.com and entering special pricing into several systems.
Besides that your responsibilities are the following:
- Your points of contact are all internal stakeholders within our team and other divisions. Contact with customers or agencies is handled by your colleagues.
- This job is all-round, you can expect ad hoc administrative tasks from your manager or account manager to support the team.
- In the meanwhile you perform routine work and share daily updates about processed BO’s and pricing and do double checks.
- You are proactive and you constantly think of ways on how support the team but also improve the current workflows.
- Once you are on-boarded and able to perform the administrative tasks on your own, you will receive more responsibilities that require a good knowledge of Excel.

The mobile B2B Benelux business is growing and therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who can support our team with administrative tasks in our office in Diegem, Belgium.
Your skills and qualifications
- Bachelor degree with at least 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- At least basic Excel knowledge (Pivot, Vlookup) and willingness to develop this skill.
- Fluently English and Dutch (verbal and written).
- Team player who can keep the overview and works very accurate and secure.
- Someone who is willing to travel to the BE office in Diegem once a week.
Preferred qualifications:
- Preferably experience with Salesforce.com
- French is a pro
- You are innovative (we move fast and take big risks).
