BI Analyst and Pricing Coordinator

To guarantee the highest quality level with respect to pricing and business intelligence and to provide to the Customer Centers with the necessary support on developing the Portable Air business, we are currently looking for a dynamic person to reinforce the APE Marketing team.

• Responsible for analyzing, developing and maintaining pricing systems in global product companies and customer centers.
• Interact with global customer centers and product companies to answer inquiries and maintain relations regarding pricing.
• Interact with the other members of the APE marketing team to guarantee a transparent and accurate pricing process and to ensure the focus on growth and profitability in our business.
• Support the APE division with pricing and marketing in their daily activities
• Become familiar with various systems in Atlas Copco to support the APE division with the necessary data to:
  • Analyze performance and profit and support consecutive actions
  • Analyze systems and support process improvements
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Measure master data quality and support corrective actions where needed
• Validate and review data in order to present qualitative data to the business
• Support the Marketing Business Process Manager in identifying opportunities for improvement on processes, data quality and support to the marketing team.

Mission

As BI Analyst & Pricing Coordinator, you will support the APE Marketing Business Process Team in analyzing the product portfolio and the product structure in the pricing system. You assist in maintaining, according to the APE strategy, the pricing of the products in global product companies and customer centers.

Next to that you will support the APE marketing team by providing the necessary data for reporting, business cases and process reviews. You will take responsibility to get familiar with the relevant systems and to ensure that you are able to retrieve the necessary data from these systems. You are able to review and validate the data before presenting it to the business.

Finally you will support the APE marketing department by following up pricing and market trends, collecting information on market shares from our global customer centers and collecting market intelligence on competition.

What we expect of you?

Knowledge

• Marketing experience in either service or capital equipment
• Software skills: Office 365 (incl Excel and PowerBI), SQL, BPCS are an asset
• Preferably familiar with pricing strategies and -models
• Technical knowledge of construction equipment and business practice is a benefit

Educational requirements

An academic background in economics or equivalent by experience
