This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. He/She should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

1. POSITION SUMMARY

  • In this position, you will drive the commercialization of Celltrion’s existing and new biosimilars on a BeNeLux level by developing and implementing the marketing strategy and operational marketing mix and tactics to achieve the brand ambition by delivering budgeted or above sales growth.

2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support tailored and successful local brand strategy, brand messages and tactical plans
  • Located in Belgium and overlooking Be-Ne-Lux (80% time Be-Lux, 20% time Netherlands) with travel (2-3 days per month) to the Netherlands
  • Lead several aspects of the brands amongst office and field colleagues as well as external customers to ensure the Brand Plan delivers essential growth and success.
  • Responsible for budget of assigned brand-related projects
  • Maximize the full use of all commercial/medical channels (print/digital) by developing brand materials and activities through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understand customer and market insights into all brand activities.
  • Be the products, competitors and market expert of assigned brand.
  • Support internal and external colleagues with the internal processes.
  • Liaise very closely with Marketing & Sales Manager in both Belgium and Netherlands and sales team to receive market and customer feedback, embed campaigns, and provide brand vision and leadership.
  • Work in cross functional team.
  • Participate in the training & development for field force.

3. WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Successful (omnichannel) marketing experiences in a pharmaceutical company
  • Expertise in the field of biosimilars
  • Experience in the field of gastro enterology
  • Experience of budget and project management
  • Experience handling complex projects
  • Experience in sales or customer facing role is a plus.

4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Understanding pharmaceutical industry in Be-Ne-Lux
  • Marketing and brand planning
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written French, Dutch and English.
  • Able to work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary and multi-lingual teams.
  • Able to lead an operational task from the idea to the final implementation
  • Launch experience

5. EDUCATION

  • Master’s degree in science, marketing or related field is preferred.
