Our colleagues in the International Sales Development team are looking for a new Business Analyst.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As part of the International Team, you will develop your transversal skills by working together with different teams, regions and channels across the business and will be responsible for the following:
Ensure reporting and understanding of monthly sales figures:
- Analyse monthly sales figures from the different markets across our regions via our internal reporting tools.
- Close contact and collaboration with Sales Teams in the markets to follow closely the performance and agreements
- Ensure all figures for your accounts are accurate, reliable and relevant. You are the “owner” of the figures. Understand fluctuations and trends
- Direct contact and collaboration with Customer(s) to understand current performance
- Development of new reporting tools and improvement of current tools to bring analysis further
Track and create visibility on contracts compliance and execution:
- Compliance of our international contracts
- Responsible for follow up tracking of counterparts
- Have visibility and follow up if international support is needed locally
Prepare and participate in Customer meetings
- Have a full understanding or all retailers’ performance, results and trends.
- Update all market data per customer and country, and all tracking tools.
- Work closely with the different markets as well as the International Key Accounts
- Prepare customer presentations,
- Together with the International Key Account Manager (IKAM), you will present the account’s performance and key topics agreed.
- Building relationship with customer
Gather and analyse data for potential business expansion
- Stay informed of industry trends and news to identify areas of potential growth
- Work on Value creation projects together with retailers
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Along with the hunger to learn and the passion for our brands, you’ll need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong analytical skills: passion for figures and Excel
- Team spirit: working in close collaboration with counterparts across the globe
- Good communication skills to get others on board to deliver the agenda
- Well organized, ability to set priorities in order to cope with multi-functional tasks while meeting deadlines
- Proactivity and curiosity
- A certain level of autonomy is required as team members are travelling and not always available
- English is a must, French/Spanish is a plus
This role reports to a European Business Development Manager and is based in Zaventem, Belgium. After a first successful experience, this position can lead to great development opportunities in the Benelux team as well as abroad (numerous examples)!
