As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for the accurate analysis and monitoring of commercial and financial data in order to support and implement strategical choices. You are in a continuous endeavor of enhancing sales drivers. You are part of the BI Team and you report to the BI Lead.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

· You support on analysis of our volumes to the sales team.

· You identify business drivers and work on strategies to drive top line sales improvements.

· You assist in setting up an implementation process and provide support to attain the expected synergies and increases in top line sales.

· You conduct scheduled and ad hoc analyses on continuous data sources.

· You identify the needs of various stakeholders for the sales department.

· You calculate, develop and follow up on KPI’s.

· You deliver insightful reports with reliable data.

· You complete dashboards.

· You answer ad-hoc questions from our sales department.

· You work with the Field Sales Managers to improve the analytical capabilities of the sales account team.

· You ensure that the sales account team has insights into the status of their KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE

· You have a Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.

· You have a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.

· You are a real data cruncher and excel in Excel ????

· You have a good stakeholder management.

· You are a bright analytical thinker and problem solver with eye for detail.

· You have the ability to translate data insights clearly into understandable business language.

· You are flexible in changing environments.

· You are assertive and dare to speak up.

· You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
